HOW LONG WILL MY PRE ORDER TAKE?

In the instances we run a pre order on upcoming drops/products the wait times vary in result of many factors; Production time of the manufacturer, international shipping by sea freight, packing and processing and regional shipping times.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Aslong as the item(s) hasn't already been shipped, We are more than happy to adjust your order providing we have the selected style in your size in stock.

WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?

Here at LATEBLMR we have the right to cancel or refuse the shipments of any of our orders.  

Here are some reasons why we may have cancelled your order: 

1. Purchase transaction does not pass our security check or has links to
previous fraudulent orders from the past 

2. Request for additional information from a cardholder is refused or not
received within the requested time frame 

3. Product is listed with incorrect pricing or incorrect information is
listed.

RETURNS

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

If you wish to refund or exchange a product or order with us, it must be within 30 days of the original purchase, unworn, in its original packaging, with swing tags attached. We cannot accept worn or used returns for hygine reasons.

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

CAN I RETURN DISCOUNTED ITEMS?

Returns are accepted for regular-priced merchandise only. Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO REACH MY ACCOUNT?

All refunds generally take up to 7 business days to enter your account, this is all dependent on your banking institution.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS?

Any disounted products will not be accepted for exchanges or returns as well any promotional items or gift cards.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

At LATEBLMR, We ship your order the same day or next day after it has been placed. You can excpect your delivery in 2-5 days anywhere in AUS. Provided things can happen in the postal service that is out of our control, If you suspect your order has been lost or may not have been sent to the correct adress, please contact us so we may assist you in tracking down your order and rectify any questions or issues you may have.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?

The same or next day the order was placed. As soon as we have processed and packed your order you will be sent a tracking number to the email used at checkout.

Standard post (2-5 business days) $10.60 for orders under 500g

Express post (1-3 business days) $14.45

Air mail (7-21 business days)
